As old as these may look, these essential functions and principles have not changed.

What has changed are how these are (not) thaught to the chemistry students. Most have no idea about these principles. The naswer is "i push a button and get the results". Yeah, it would be nice to have a laboratory day.

In an age where engineers get a bacheors of art (BA) ...
