Chemists do it with clamps - Part 2
After the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms at home fell apart the other day, I resorted to a quick and easy repair job with a couple of clamps.

In case you didn't take me seriously when I declared in this post that chemists can achieve a lot with a few clamps, maybe this example will drive the point home.

I've always thought that philosophers should do more than they have with the significance of the ability of ordinary lab clamps to position an object anywhere, in any orientation, in 3-dimensional space.
I think it's best to leave the philosophers out of this.
But isn't your degree "Doctor of Philosophy"?
I'm sure we will now get a treatment of religion and natural philosophy and the derivation of the term philosophy :-)

Now, that's a good point, Charlie.
