I wrote about the Turkish restroom signs picturing caricatures of ridiculously idealized men and women in this post and this post. Last month while in Turkey, I photographed several additional examples of this fine art of restroom placards.
The first set was at a rest stop outside the city of Selçuk. It's featuring a tough guy whose partially shaded face evokes intrigue and mysterious machinations and a seducing lady with wild hair who obviously has her mind set on the tough guy.
The 2nd sign was at a boat pier in Istanbul.
The man with the outdated top hat is no match for the classy looking lady next to him. In any case, a real life woman in the latter's shoes would think twice before entering the restroom her likeness is marking.
